CBRE Global Investors came to us asking, what if… What if office lobbies could feel more like hotel lobbies — places to congregate, meet and greet, even have a bite or a drink after work? What if ubiquitous but unleasable subterranean conference centers could be elevated and connected to common areas, so people would be encouraged to use them? What if fitness centers didn’t have to be dank, often scary afterthoughts? What if communal spaces could be activated throughout the day and evening, reminding tenants of the real, live workday community they belong to? 

What we created for CBREGI was a branded process of physically activating a building that “drives better employee retention, lower turnover and more hiring success, which translates to financial results investors care about. We created A&B, an uncommon approach to the workplace that’s focused on going Above & Beyond for business. More than a place to work, more than breakout spaces and conference facilities, A&B is a next-generation workplace community that brings people together to create, connect, and thrive.
