A COMMUNITY ISSUE

A GEORGIA WHERE EVERY PERSON IS LITERATE

Low literacy is a national crisis that affects all of us. In the State of Georgia there are over one million people who lack basic literacy skills, costing its citizens $1.3 Billion annually. It is a complex issue compounded by diverse, fragmented and competitive literacy initiatives.

Enter Literacy For All, a novel, differentiated way to approach the problem—linking donors to community partners and partners to one another—to innovate, champion, and fund multi-generational literacy opportunities and spark transformative policy that benefits people of all ages. Their mission: A Georgia where every person is literate.
