Office Leasing iPad Application

With more than 1 million square feet of Class A office space sitting idle after AT&T left in one of the best locations in Atlanta (access to major roads, sitting on top of mass transit and well placed between Buckhead and Midtown), Rubenstein Partners had a tall task—to lease two 14 story towers at once.

The Office Leasing Team needed a tool that could cover all aspects of the large mixed-use development and be usable from any point on the property (i.e. – walking tours). Imbibe created an all-in-one tool that covered all aspects of the property such as Location/Accessibility, Property Map, Amenities, Floor Plates and a Virtual Tour.
